mindfulness & Menopause - Evidence based program


This 8 week menopause education program incorporates mindfulness training and cognitive behavioural strategies allowing participants to re-discover a sense of peace, joy and mindfulness in their lives.

This group medical program navigates menopause, vasomotor symptoms, sleep disturbances of menopause, mood disorders, genitourinary symptoms of menopause, obesity, cardiovascular disease, lifestyle medicine, complimentary and alternative medicine and hormonal/non-hormonal pharmacologic treatment of menopause.

2026 Schedule: Thursday Jan 22nd - March 5th 4:00PM - 5:30PM

Wednesday April 22nd - June 3rd 4:00PM-5:30PM
