Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)


This program combines a foundation in mindfulness meditation and breath work to release unhelpful patterns in your life and to nurture health, wellness and healing.

Mindfulness is a way of being. As we practice being present with what is here, with an open heart, without judgement and with full acceptance as the moment unfolds, we learn to become aware of our thoughts, sensations and emotions as they arise. We are able to hold our attention in the present moment with our breath, without identifying with our thoughts and emotions. Often our thoughts busy themselves in plans for the future and storytelling and interpretations from the past.

This program is the well-researched eight week MBSR curriculum.

2025 Schedule: Monday March 10th - March 28th 4:00PM - 5:30PM
